Mira ("The Wonderful")

Cazimir Zemira at Aijalon, our golden girl. What a blessing to have been offered a puppy from the first litter of Ch. El-Shaddai's Esther Shahar, Kamar's most look-alike offspring. Chosen through pictures, video and Anna's understanding of what I value most, perhaps she isn't perfect (just perhaps), but she was the perfect choice for me. I thank Trudi & Anna for making her mine.

When this precious addition to our family arrived, I looked at the names of stars since her mother's name, Esther, means star. I found a star named Mira (also called "Mira the Wonderful") and chose it for two reasons. I liked the way Mira sounded and felt when I said it, and the other is fairly obvious. Just in case you missed it: She was Wonderful!! Then, I learned that the registered names in theis litter were to begin with Z. No particular reason, Trudi just liked the letter. I picked up a book of baby names and in a minute or less found Zemira, Hebrew for "Song of Praise." It was a no-brainer. I've been singing a song of praise ever since for my wonderful, up-and-coming little star!
